The building, unused for some time, is currently vacant. The property was built in the early 1900s and originally housed the protected psychiatric community known as "Parsifal," a function it retained until 2008 when, due to the worrying state of deterioration of the structure and systems, it was relocated to a more suitable facility. The building is a freestanding rectangular structure with vehicle and pedestrian access from Via Monsignore Mologni, which provides access to the approximately 590 square meter property. It extends over two levels plus an attic, connected vertically by an internal staircase. The building comprises large rooms: five on the ground floor, five on the first floor, a single attic room on the second floor, and a cellar in the basement. The building's construction typology is typical of the era, namely: a vertical load-bearing structure made of stone masonry; wooden floors and brick vaults in the basement; 4-pitched roof with wooden frame and "Marseillaise" type tile covering, partially to be replaced
