A building of great historical and artistic value, redeveloped and converted into a tourist accommodation facility for part of the ground floor and the entire first floor, which was already operational at the time of the 2012 earthquake. The earthquake rendered the structure unusable, but through restoration and seismic improvement interventions, it can regain its functionality. Part of the ground floor and the entire structure require further enhancements for future use. The complex is located in the city center, featuring a large courtyard and a private parking area.
