Urban regeneration project located in a peripheral area of Brembate di Sopra, in the Province of Bergamo.
The development area covers approximately 52,000 m² of land, with the possibility of developing up to 26,000 m² of gross floor area (GFA). An urban planning agreement was signed with the Municipal Administration on 29 September 2026, and a building permit for the land reshaping works was obtained on 1 October 2026. The total site area amounts to 77,297 m².
The permitted building footprint is 13,000 m² (which can be increased to 26,000 m² through the construction of a mezzanine floor), with a maximum building height of 10 metres.
The area is zoned for industrial use, is well served by the electricity grid and equipped with all major utilities. It is also located close to the Brembo River, offering potential opportunities for water utilisation.
The development has not yet been built and can therefore still be customised to fully meet the production requirements of the future end user.

The total value of the project, including the cost of the land and the construction costs of the requested development, is approximately 20 to 22 million euros, depending on specific construction details (heights, capacities, loads, etc.).

Some of the facilities from the previously established activity have been dismantled on the site, carrying out preparation and setup work for the subsequent reuse of the area.
