Regione Lombardia at MIPIM 2026: investment opportunities and launch of the Strategic Logistics Zone

From 10 to 13 March 2026, MIPIM 2026 will bring together in Cannes leading international players from the real estate, investment and urban development sectors. Regione Lombardia will once again take part in the event within the Italian Pavilion, alongside key national stakeholders engaged in promoting investment opportunities in Italy.

At the regional stand (Booth R8–B10), Regione Lombardia will showcase Invest in Lombardy, the platform dedicated to attracting foreign direct investment and supporting international investors interested in developing projects in the region.

During the event, the Invest in Lombardy team will be available to meet with investors and present concrete investment opportunities and development projects across the region’s key economic sectors, facilitating connections between international operators, institutions and local partners.

This edition will also highlight the ZLS – Strategic Logistics Zone project, a strategic initiative promoted by Regione Lombardia to strengthen the region’s competitiveness in logistics, manufacturing and international trade. The project aims to foster new investments through simplified administrative procedures, stronger infrastructure integration and targeted support measures for businesses.

The topic will also be explored during the event “Lombardy in Motion: Strategic Logistics Shaping New Investment Horizons”, scheduled for 12 March 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00 at the Italian Pavilion, focusing on new development opportunities linked to logistics and industrial growth in the region.

Investors and stakeholders will have the opportunity to book dedicated meetings with the Invest in Lombardy team during the fair to further explore projects and investment opportunities across Lombardy.
