L.A.N.D.: €75 million to attract new productive investments in Lombardy
Lombardy strengthens its role as a strategic hub for productive investments through L.A.N.D. – Local Attraction for New Development, the measure managed by Finlombarda on behalf of Regione Lombardia and dedicated to attracting new industrial establishments across the region.
With a total allocation of €75 million, L.A.N.D. supports high-impact investment programmes, promoting the growth of Lombardy’s production system and encouraging the establishment of Italian and international companies.
The measure is addressed to companies of any size planning to implement new productive activities in Lombardy, including through the creation of new companies (NewCos), the opening of new operational sites, or the reactivation and enhancement of disused industrial areas and production sites.
Key features of the measure
L.A.N.D. finances:
• strategic investment programmes with a minimum value of €10 million, with funding of up to €15 million
• the opening of new operational sites or the establishment of new companies in Lombardy
• the reactivation and redevelopment of disused industrial areas and production sites
